About AI Scam Checker
What is AI Scam Checker?
AI Scam Checker is a mobile application that helps you check suspicious messages, links, QR codes, screenshots, and phone call situations before you click, reply, or pay.
AI Scam Checker uses a combination of AI tools that evaluate the safety of the content you submit in real-time, helping you avoid the dangers of new and unknown cyberattacks.
What can I check?
You can check five types of suspicious content:
1. Text messages – from SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Viber, iMessage, social media, dating apps, online marketplaces, or any other messaging platform.
2. Links and URLs – from emails, SMS, chat messages, or social media. Paste the URL and get a risk analysis showing whether it looks safe, suspicious, or like a phishing attempt.
3. QR codes – take a photo or screenshot of any QR code and upload it. AI Scam Checker reveals the hidden URL and checks whether it looks safe, suspicious, or likely to lead to a scam.
4. Screenshots – can’t copy the text? Upload a screenshot of any conversation or message. AI reads and analyzes
the content for you.
5. Suspicious phone calls – describe what happened in your own words: who called, what they said, and what they asked for. You can also paste a phone number or link mentioned during the call.
Is the AI Scam Checker accurate?
Reliability is measured in two ways:
- Correctly identifying dangerous content as dangerous.
- Correctly identifying safe content as safe.
Because we use artificial intelligence to evaluate messages and although we have precisely defined instructions, there may be cases where content is not evaluated correctly. We always recommend caution and verifying AI Scam Checker recommendations with official sources.
In what languages does AI Scam Checker work?
AI Scam Checker is designed to analyze suspicious content in the language it arrives in — whether it’s English, German, Thai, Japanese, Portuguese, or another language — and provide a clear explanation you can understand.
The app interface is available in 25 languages. The analysis engine is not limited to those interface languages and can evaluate suspicious content in practically any language.
What is the difference between AI Scam Checker and content-filtering applications?
Content-filtering apps try to block or remove messages before you see them, which means you might miss legitimate messages.
AI Scam Checker works differently — you choose which content to check, and you receive a detailed explanation of why it appears safe, suspicious, or dangerous within seconds. You always decide what to do with it: delete it, ignore it, or respond. With AI Scam Checker, you reduce the risk of missing legitimate messages.
How do you handle my data?
You can optionally share your country to receive evaluations tailored to your region.
We store your name, email address, account identifier, submitted content, uploaded screenshots or QR images, check history, and analysis results to provide the app, show your history, manage purchases, and keep your account working across devices.
We do not sell your submitted content or personal conversations. We do not use your submitted content to create advertising profiles. We do not train AI models on your data.
Submitted content may be processed by trusted service providers only to provide scam analysis, app functionality, secure storage, analytics, crash reporting, and purchase management.

Usage
How does the check work?
After you submit content to AI Scam Checker, it begins analyzing it using multiple security checks:
- Message intent analysis
- Known scam pattern matching
- Link safety verification
- Phone number or caller context check, when provided
- Final risk assessment
Within seconds, you receive a result with a security category and an explanation of why the content was categorized that way.
Security categories:
1. Safe – The content appears safe based on the information submitted. We have not found obvious suspicious signs, but you should still use your own judgment.
2. Suspicious – The content contains suspicious characteristics. If you don’t know the sender, we recommend caution.
3. Dangerous – The content seems dangerous. Do not respond, click any links, or share personal information. We recommend deleting the message or ignoring the call.
Can I check a suspicious link?
Yes. Paste any URL from SMS, email, chat, or social media into AI Scam Checker. You will receive a risk analysis showing whether the link appears safe, suspicious, or like a phishing attempt, with an explanation of what was found.
Can I check a QR code?
Yes. Take a photo or screenshot of any QR code and upload it to AI Scam Checker. The app reveals the hidden URL behind the QR code and checks whether it looks safe, suspicious, or likely to lead to a scam.
Can I check a suspicious phone call?
Yes. Describe what happened in your own words — who called, what they said, and what they asked for. You can also paste a phone number or link mentioned during the call. AI Scam Checker provides a risk analysis showing whether the call looks legitimate, suspicious, or likely to be a scam.
Can I check a screenshot?
Yes. If you can’t copy the text, upload a screenshot of any conversation, message, or notification. AI Scam Checker reads and analyzes the content of the image for you.
When I submit content for evaluation, can I close the app?
Yes. Once you submit content, you can close the application. The evaluation happens independently. When the check is complete (usually within seconds), the app sends you a notification. If you accidentally dismiss the notification, you can always review past checks in your history.
Where can I see my past checks?
Tap the History button on the main navigation at the bottom of the screen to see all your past checks and their results.
Pricing
How much does AI Scam Checker cost?
AI Scam Checker uses a simple pay-as-you-go model:
– Free trial: 3 checks at no cost during your 30-day trial. No credit card required.
– Check Pack (10): 10 checks for messages, links, QR codes, screenshots, or calls.
– Check Pack (30): 30 checks for messages, links, QR codes, screenshots, or calls.
No subscription. No recurring charges. Purchased packs never expire — use them whenever you need them.
Prices vary by country. See the App Store or Google Play for pricing in your region.
Is there a subscription?
No. AI Scam Checker does not use subscriptions. You purchase Check Packs as one-time payments. There are no recurring charges and packs never expire.
If you previously had a subscription, it remains valid until it ends. New purchases are Check Packs only.
Does the application have any limits?
Yes. The character limit for a single check is currently set to 800 characters. On average, an ordinary message is around 100-200 characters, so this limit should not pose a problem for most checks.
Why is there a limit?
- Security: Restricting the number of characters helps maintain the system integrity.
- Capacity: We use the fastest and most advanced AI models to analyze content with the highest possible accuracy. These models have computational limits.
- Practicality: Fraudulent messages are usually short. Based on typical patterns, 800 characters per check is sufficient.
I have a new phone. What should I do?
Download the app on your new device and sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used before. Your remaining checks and purchase history are tied to your account, not your device.
